RSM in Manchester, Leeds and London

We enjoyed Betty Adamou’s paper on the Evolution of Research by Gamification Research. Dave Skelsey’s paper on the current economic position at the recent BIG Forum in London was also highly informative and a great update on his earlier Forums.

RSM Sentiment Coding

RSM utilises our many years of text coding experience to provide local language sentiment coding for social media and online editorial text. We recently worked with media monitoring agency Precise and a global energy organisation to analyse and code over 5,000 social media mentions in each of Indonesia Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Using local language speakers with very good English skills we were able to deal with text in split languages and provide genuine interpretation of sentiment pre and post a major advertising campaign. Coding was able to benchmark volume, sentiment and topics within social media mentions and also included analysis and coding of online editorial content in English and local languages.
